We’re so glad you asked! Each month you will receive a package containing items from Everything Detroit Entrepreneurs around the D, to inspire and evoke Motor City moments. Each box will always include core elements of Everything Detroit- Detroit Apparel, candle, snack and 2-3 other surprise Detroit inspired products. The contents of each box are unique and vary month to month.  Shipments are mailed to monthly subscribers between the 5th – 10th of every month based on all orders received by the last day of the previous month.

Everything in the D is about demonstrating our commitment to urban renewal and growth in our city and showcasing the entrepreneurial spirit that lives in Detroit. Everything in the D Box is for anyone who wants to bring Detroit into their home and life wherever you are. Each curated box includes handpicked items from Everything Detroit to inspire and evoke the Detroit Enthusiast.

Everything in the D Box was created to enhance the love for Detroit and provide limited edition Detroit centered items to Detroit lovers across the world.  The Detroit Experience in a lifestyle box with treats that inspire and evoke the Magical D moments.

WHAT IS EVERYTHING IN THE D BOX?

Everything in the D Box™ is for anyone who wants to bring hygge into their home and life. Each curated box includes Limited edition Detroit Apparel, candles, mug and other one of a kind made in Detroit items to inspire the Detroit Experience.  We have plans for every budget. You can choose month-to-month (automatically renewed monthly), or pre-pay every 3, 6 or 12 months and get a special discount. No matter what plan you select, you will get the carefully developed and exclusive Experience in the D Box.

WHAT’S INSIDE AN EVERYTHING IN THE D BOX?

Each Everything in the D Box is unique and the contents vary month to month. We have 1 standard box personalized for man or woman.  The monthly subscribers are asked for their preferences including size, favorite color, gender and birthday for a special treat in your born month.  During the holiday seasons we make sure you are not only ready for the season but to support Detroit in the season. WHEN CAN I ORDER?

Anytime! We ship between the 5th-10th of each month. Orders must be placed by the last day of the month prior.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, it’s your choice. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Every order comes with tracking information. From the time of receiving your shipment notification and tracking number, please allow 3-7 days to receive your order (pending no major weather issues). WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSING/INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT THE SHIPPING INFORMATION SUPPLIED TO US IS CORRECT. IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSTAGE FEE TO RESHIP THE RETURNED BOX OR YOU CAN ACCEPT A REFUND MINUS THE SHIPPING COST PAID.

 

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED EACH MONTH?

If you subscribe to a month-to-month plan, you will be charged when you place your first order. From the next month onward, you’ll automatically be billed on the 25th of each month.  When you order a prepaid plan, you will be charged when you place your order. You won’t be charged again until your prepaid period finishes. Prepaid subscriptions renew automatically, so be sure to cancel your subscription if you don’t want it to renew!

WHAT ABOUT CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS?

If you are not completely satisfied with Everything in the D Box, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.

To cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the renewal date on the 25th of each month.

If your membership has already renewed and you would like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 1st of the shipping month to be eligible for a refund. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.

This subscription is a surprise box so that’s a risk you are agreeing to when you subscribe. If you do not like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to family and friends. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal, so you are not stuck with another shipment that is not a good fit for you.

If you need a break from all the hygge goodies or are away from home, you can easily skip a month or two. Just send us a quick email at everythinginthed@gmail.com and we will take care of the rest. If you would like to cancel, let us know immediately. Doing so will cancel your subscription but not your current shipment. Prepaid plans (3-month, 6-month and 1-year) can be cancelled before they renew for another term from your account page. However, they cannot be refunded unless you email us asking for a refund before your first shipment.

CAN I GIFT A SUBSCRIPTION?

Absolutely! Everything in the D Box subscriptions make wonderful gifts any time of the year. We’ll even include a handwritten note to the receiver with your personalized message!
